With the V3000 Vibration Plate you can choose from three Quick Time Keys with 30, 45 and 60 seconds workouts. Included with each machine are upper body straps, training mat and instruction cards. The top of the range V3000 offers all the benefits of the V2000 but with an even larger training surface and is ideal for multi user sites. All Merit Vibrations plates come with a lifetime frame and two years parts and labour warranty.
